Aufgrund seiner Zusammensetzung ist es sehr stabil gegen\u00fcber hohen Temperaturen und Oxidationsprozessen. Es wird praktisch nicht ranzig und hat eine lange Haltbarkeit. High-oleic-Sonnenblumen\u00f6l wird zur Herstellung von Hydraulik\u00f6len verwendet.
