Lauryl Myristyl alcohol is blend of lauryl alcohol and myristyl alcohol This blend are mid-cut fatty alcohols that appears as a white to slightly yellowish waxy substance. Lauryl myristyl alcohol is solid at room temperature but can melt upon heating. It is mainly used in production of surfactants and cleaning products, can also be used in the production of lubricants as viscosity modifier.
