Myristic Acid, also known as tetradecanoic acid, is a saturated fatty acid commonly found in natural sources such as coconut oil and palm kernel oil. It is characterized by its waxy texture and mild odor. Myristic acid is utilized in various industries, including cosmetics and personal care products.

Is a saturated hydroxy fatty acid and used as an emulsifier, solubilizer or surfactant.

Is a vegetable oil obtained by crushing and pressing the castor seed. It has good solvent properties and good skin adhesion.
