Berg+Schmidt Care Ingredients Continues under Unified Company Structure: Berg+Schmidt Solutions

As of September 1, 2025, Berg+Schmidt Care Ingredients operates under the newly established Berg+Schmidt Solutions GmbH & Co. KG. This structural realignment is a strategic move designed to streamline operations, improve market responsiveness, and strengthen customer partnerships in the personal care industry.

The new legal structure includes the business units Care Ingredients and Performance Chemicals, while the Animal Nutrition division has been spun off into a fully independent entity: Berg+Schmidt Animal Nutrition GmbH & Co. KG, managed by Dirk Westphal.
