Octyl Decyl alcohol, is a blend of short cut octyl alcohol and short cut decyl alcohol. It is plant based and liquid at room temperature. Octyl decyl alcohol finds application in various industries. Octyl decyl alcohol mainly used as solvent in chemical processes, in the production of plasticizers and / or surfactants. It can also serve as starting material to produce ester compounds used in the food industry and fragrance manufacturing.
