BergaCare Pearl is a monoster mixture of glycerin and stearic acid. It is used as an emollient, surfactant, and emulsifier. It is used as a pearling agent in shampoos, liquid soaps, bath and shower gels.

BergaCare Pearl 2 is a diester mixture of glycerin and stearic acid used as an emollient, surfactant, and emulsifier. It may also be used to impart a pearlescent appearance to formulas like shampoos or shower creams as it gives products a brilliant and remarkable pearling effect.

Very mild and natural non-ionic surfactant, readily biodegradable and compatible with other surfactant types that do not adversely affect skin or hair quality. The surfactant comes in a colorless, liquid form which allows for cold-process and transparent formulations as main or co-surfactant.
